Bio

Tiago Sales . 34 yo. From Vale de Cambra.

With a degree in catering, he was passionate about cooking from an early age.

He worked as Head Chef at the InterContinental Hotel in Porto, then at the Octant Douro Hotel, moving down to the Alentejo and taking on the Octant Evóra project.

He recently took on the role of Chef de Cuisine at the Memmo Baleeira Hotel and is responsible for the hotel's gastronomic offer.

You can find him every day at the Fornaria Restaurant.

He loves picking mushrooms because it's an activity that combines patience with exploring nature.

Another of the Chef's passions is music. Today he has left the stage, but in 2011 he opened the Main Stage at Optimus Alive.
