Sagres Beaches
Martinhal Beach
A sandy expanse sheltered from the prevailing waves and westerly winds. The calm and crystal waters of this beach call for magnificent days. In the summer months in particular, the beach is internationally renowned for its ideal windsurfing conditions. The Islands of Martinhal, set a short distance from the beach, are famous for their rocky crags and underwater caves and form an essential part of the scenery.
