Vouchers Terms & Conditions

- All clients with SPA Vouchers need to book their treatments/massages at least 48 hours before, for one the following contacts: baleeira@memmohotels.com or (+351) 282 624 212.

- All appointments are subject to availability at the moment of your contact.

- All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time, otherwise, a 50% payment will be charged. For cancellations on the proper day, we will charge 100% of the payment.

- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
